Natural Tilapia (per once)

Our tilapia are raised in ponds where the water circulates through beds of aquatic plants to keep it clean. We stock our ponds at low densities, so our fish are not stressed or competing for space. We strive to provide them with the most natural environment possible, allowing them to express their natural behaviors.

As a result, they remain healthy and free from disease, so we never need to use antibiotics. We also allow our fish to breed naturally and do not feed them hormones to convert them all to males, as is common practice on most farms.

This is an artisan product, grown with the utmost care for the health of our fish and the well-being of the people who eat them. Fish raised this way have a higher nutrient profile, making them both tastier and more nutritious.

Our local community voted us as having the tastiest fish in the region—and we wholeheartedly agree!

We are also deeply committed to environmental sustainability. The nutrient-rich wastewater from our ponds is used to irrigate crops and fertilize the moringa and chaya that help feed our fish.
